3. Responsibilities and Duties
1) Supervise, manage and Co-ordination for (Manpower-Equipment) with Time.
2) Preparing Logistics Plan for Equipment as per site condition.
3) Attend regular meetings with consultant and clients keeping them informed with the
project progress and Obstacles.
4) Follow up and coordinate subcontractors and supplier for steel structure, space frame,
curtain wall infrastructure and soft and hard landscaping packages.
5) Ensure That the Project Proceeds in line with Time, Cost and Quality.
6) Identify And Establish Schedule Dates For Critical Project Activities. Identify Critical
Equipment, Material and Manpower.
7) Review And Follow Up The Application Of Contract Items.
8) Ensure That Obsolete Drawings Are Cancelled and New Revisions Are Distributed to the Site
9) Influences the project team and the atmosphere in which the team works by promoting
