Future Classic is a leading Management, Recording Label, Publishing and Touring Company based
in Sydney, Australia. Future Classic has been in operation for 10 years and are recognised
worldwide for fostering widely successful careers for artists including Flume, Chet Faker, Flight

Publishing & Licensing Operations Manager
• Team and Operations Management, overseeing two sub-publishing teams, Kobalt Music
Publishing (World excluding France) and Because Editions (France) in respect to Future
Classic’s publishing roster and catalogue. The role leads two international teams that focus
on Synchronisation, Creative Services and A&R, and the administration and registration of
songs, all focusing on maximising revenue.
• Project Management, overseeing release titles (albums, EPs and singles) on the Label side -
responsible for marketing, product strategy, social media plan, scheduling and product set-
up, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

• Overseeing internal A&R and Creative Process, including handling communication and
execution of writing and recording sessions, video briefs and execution and remixes.
Overseeing and chairing weekly A&R meeting to keep numerous projects on track.
• Overseeing business affairs for all aforementioned commercial areas.
Achievements:
1. Increased Future Classic’s Facebook followers by 50% by coordinating and implementing a
two-month-long content and paid-media plan.
2. Successful paid online and offline marketing campaigns in Australia for album releases, Chet
Faker Built On Glass, Flume Flume: Deluxe Edition and Flight Facilities Down To Earth,
which respectively debuted at #1, #3 and #3 on the ARIA album charts.
3. Responsible for the successful pitch placement of Flume’s song, The Greatest View, in a
global, all media campaign for the game, Assassin’s Creed Unity. Further nominated for
Sync of The Year in the Game Trailer category at the 2015 Sync Awards. This is Future
Classic’s highest paying sync to date.
4. Responsible for the build out of FC’s publishing and sync operations in key international
markets. Oversaw an increase in revenue (by 60%) and Profile in regards to Publishing and
Sync by introducing and overseeing master side sync reps in USA and France and being the
first Future Classic liaison to Kobalt and Because Editions. This led to a direct increase in
revenue and brand awareness
5. Panellist at EMC Conference 2014 - ‘The Team Behind Flume’ – chosen to represent as
Publisher of Flume
6. Designing and implementing new systems to document product management procedures
including A&R and Business Affairs for the commercial release of Recordings, Compositions
and Remixes
7. Planned, designed and commissioned the new Future Classic website and CMS (Content
Management System)
8. Represented Future Classic on a two-week trip to the USA (NYC, LA) in June 2015. The
purpose of the trip was to strengthen relationships with music supervisors and included

Universal Music Group is the largest Major Record Label in the world. UMG is home to some of the
world’s most reputable labels including Island, Interscope, Def Jam, Mercury, Polydor, Republic and
many more. UMG was undergoing a major acquisition (purchase of EMI Recordings) during my last
12 months that resulted in a number of personnel changes. As a result I rapidly took on more
responsibilities.
Frontline Marketing Coordinator
• Project Coordination, overseeing management of artist release assets respective of each
division of the business (Sales, Promo, Licensing, D2C etc) including but not limited to
media presenters and sales media presenters.
• Campaign Management, developing strategy and implementing digital marketing campaigns

1. Successful Product management of The Preatures’ second EP, Is This How You Feel? that
led to Gold accreditation and #10 placement in triple j’s Hottest 100 in 2013 for the title track
2. Managed a fully catered Album Launch Party for Boy & Bears’ album, Harlequin Dream. This
involved significant event management – launch was held in a large warehouse with antique
carnival equipment and included a performance by Boy & Bear and set a benchmark for
future launches at UMG
3. Positive recognition received from senior management which led to Promotion from frontline
marketing intern to frontline marketing coordinator within three months

Touring & Logistics Intern
• This role focused primarily on touring and logistics reported to the Touring Manager and
Touring Director. Responsibilities included collating all information respective of touring
logistics (flights, accommodation, set times, venue etc.) and then generating an artist
itinerary and also on-ground duties including artist liaison at festivals.
• This role also focused on collating digital content for sharing on Fuzzy social media channels
in support of club and festival tours.
Achievements:
1. Awarded Artist Liaison role at Parklife Festival (Brisbane) and Shore Thing Festival. The role
required transporting artists to stages for their respective performances and also
transporting to-and-from triple j interviews that were broadcast live nationally.
2. Contributed to the Parklife National Tour Book – researched and compiled information on
activities to do and places to see and eat in each city.
3. Researched and compiled an Australian Artist booking agent contact spreadsheet.
