 Looked after complete CSR activities in states of MP & CG under MP State Office
(MPSO). Implemented construction of 502 Toilets in various schools of Chhattisgarh
State in 2015, in a very challenging time-span.
 Looked after complete Lubricant, Greases Sales in States of M.P. & C.G. for all Retail and
Industrial customers.

 Looked after all Aviation & Bitumen Projects of IOCL across India worth around Rs. 200 Crores,
incl. the prestigious Pune Hydrant Refuelling System (HRS) Project for the Indian Air Force.
 Named as CEO of one of the most significant diversification of IOCL in Bio-fuels in
2008. Opted to go back to Head Office of IOC in Nov.’08, since the project was still under
evaluation/ approval.
 Steered initiatives towards achievement of organisational goals with chief responsibilities
pertaining to Strategy Planning, Operations, Logistics, Projects Management, and Commercial
Functions across MP and Chattisgarh. Managed a team of 175 personnel bes ides contract
workmen (approx. 350) i.e. total of 525 personnel.
 Managed Operations / Logistics of 13 Depots of IOC and 2 Consumer Operated Depots in MP
and Chattisgarh for 7 years achieving all-round improvement in all tangible/intangible
parameters.
 Achieved improvement in Safety, Quality Control and reduction in Logistics Cost across the
entire states of MP and Chattisgarh. Also enhanced the operating capacities of the Depots by
introduction of Automation.
 Enhanced overall Safety Index of Depots from 95.6 (out of 100) in 2001 to 98.9 in 2006 by
various initiatives such as implementing all OISD requirements, augmenting fire engines/water
storage capacities, rigorous implementation of systems/procedures etc.
 Succeeded in obtaining a never-achieved-earlier waiver of a claim of Rs. 1.93 Crores of
Niryat Kar (export tax) from the local Municipal Corporation due to excellent boundary
management skills, in Feb’04.
 Implemented ePMS (electronic-enabled Performance Management System) for all
Supervisory Cadre Officers during 2005-06. Earned the distinction of being the first in
implementation on a state office wide-basis.
 Managed the largest terminal of IOC in Northern India at Jalandhar during 1996-2001.
Recorded all-round improvement in the plant; with reduction in controllable cost by 20% and
overtime reduction by 50%.
 The Jalandhar Terminal also won the British Govt. Safety Award and the Punjab Govt’s
Highest Safety Award in 1998.
 Distinction of being a key member of teams that successfully executed the following Projects:
 Setting up of Bottling Plants at Madanpur Khadar (Delhi), Farrukhabad (UP) and Trisundi
(UP) in 1993-95.
 Establishment of Kandla LPG Imports Facility, other augmentation of capacities at
