I am a very motivated person and a hard worker. I always give my best in what I do, setting goals to improve myself and to
reach the optimal output. I like roles of responsibility because it is in situations like these that you have the opportunity to
grow both character and personality. I like team projects because I can confront myself with others and enhance my
knowledge and capabilities through a reciprocal exchange of expertise. When you work with others, you can learn a lot and
one must understand that social capital is an important pillar of the wellbeing of a firm.
Wherever you go, you will always find a person that knows more than you do and vice versa. One must take advantage of
these opportunities, which lead to an exchange of expertise and an enhancement of our professional background. Working
with others helps, although sometimes you also have to work alone so to enhance other individual characteristics, as for
