Communication Skills Excellent communication skills which are obtained in the preparation of projects and group works.
I’m able to find the common words with every type of people. I developed this skill during the financial
planning and reconciliation with other teams. I was lucky to attend in a project, where we had to work
together with people from foreign counties in London and in Budapest. During the project I was able
to develop these qualities.
Good draftsman skills, which I had the opportunity to develop a number of ways, I prepared a lot of
process descriptions on my previous position, and I was a member of the team which edited the
various surfaces of the Budapest Hurricanes American Football team.
Organizational/Leadership Skills Good organizing skills that I gained during the organization and preparation of events and exhibitions
in the VAM Design Center. I was responsible there for the coordination of the departments, and the
assistance of the project manager.
At KCI Hungary Kft. I got some tasks in which I had to coordinate several people to finish a project, I
had to prepare and train the group, plan, unite, verify their work, and close the procedure.
Work-related Skills Consulting, development skills: earlier in the VAM Design Center and later at the KCI the training of
new employees or members of other departments was my jurisdiction, I held several courses for large
groups, and usually I have received positive feedback.
System Development skills: In my previous position I got tasks several times where I had to find the
answers for a special problem. These issues or gaps usually were in the company’s processes,
systems or in the internal communication method. To solve these problems effectively, I needed
analytical skills, accuracy, good communication skills and practicality.
