MSF Qatar is a society of Group MSF dedicated for local projects in Qatar is in charge of a
subcontract of a major contract with the main contractor MSF Engenharia involving action in the major
Industrial area of Doha, changing all its infra structures.
So activities of this subcontract are mainly in order of pre cast tasks, involving production and
installation.
Also are other concrete tasks involved in this project.
My role is all the management, budget, technical and production control tasks involved with this
project.
With the changing of the strategy of the company, I was invited by the Management team of the
Project for Doha's Industrial Area requalification, as been accorded with the employer (society from
group MSF) to allow this permanent allocation to this role.
The project involving more then 500.000 sq. meters of asphalt areas, more then 300.000 ton of
asphalt mixes and 300.000 ml of kerbstone, needed a responsible for the road works management,
by a senior engineer.
So that's the role, to manage all issues related with technic, relations, logistics and production control
of this priority activity in the main project.

In charge of Coordinating all the resources to the several projects in the country, as equipments, RH
and materials supplied.

The budget of the entreprise for the year of 2015 ascends around 100 Millions Euros, including

09/01/2012 - 31/01/2013: Production and Operations Site Manager for Road Construction Project -
Inside JV between two road construction companies, took charge of the production tasks in a 79 kms
road between Ewo and Boundji, also the construction of city streets and drainage inside Ewo in a
network of more than 14 kms.
Also in charge of Bitumen Central production and Quarrying and agregates production placed 89 kms
way from the road.
