• F07 – Time Deposit: application used to manage Time Deposit products. As responsible of this application on all Unicredit Group
the activities divided by country are:
o Zivno / Czeck Repubblic: application maintenance on production environment. Onto this version of the application are
manage products with single period or revolving in CZK, EUR, USD, GBP currencies. As Key-Professional I give the
functional support to the users of the bank.
o Unicredit AG / Germany: application maintenance on production environment. Onto this version of the application are
manage products with single period or revolving in EUR currency. As Key-Professional I give the functional support to
the users of the bank.
o EUROSIG Bank Austria / Austria: project with the scope of deploying the application to handle Time Deposit products of
Bank Austria. With the role of project manager I had the responsibility to deploy the application with the functional
gaps requested by the Bank and to give support for the phase of User Acceptance Test until GO-LIVE of project
EUROSIG Austria(end October 2012).
o Unicredit Banca / Italy: project scope is the migration of the application into Italian environment and creation of new
Time Deposit products(Conto Risparmio Sicuro) requested by Marketing department of Unicredit Banca. With the
double role of project manager and Key-Professional, I’m developing the functional analyst and managing the project.

UGIS(Unicredit) XFRAME Web Application June 2008 – 31/12/2010
Design and development of web application on Java/WebSphere Server using the UGIS-XFRAME framework.
During the projects I had the role of technical/functional analist, either project manager.
The application on which I worked are the following:
• OV0 – Traded Derivates: application for management of the orders on traded derivates of Unicredit Corporate Bank, Unicredit
Private Bank and Unicredit (retail bank). Project scope was the porting of the existing application from Uniframe standard to
XFRAME. Further than the development fase, I was involved into test fase and check of technical/functional transactions of the
application.

• DT0 – Market Place and Dealing Telematico: applications used to manage the Unicredit Group money market with tools similar to
chat to let banks trader communicate (Market Place) and handle the fixing operations for currencies and rates on Unicredit Group
(Dealing Telematico). Project scope was the porting of the existing application to XFRAME and implementation of functional gaps
requested from HVB bank into the project EUROSIG Germany.
• F07 – Time Deposit: project scope was the creation of the application used to manage Time Deposit products for HVB bank into
the project EUROSIG Germany.
• TST – Pricing/Package Manager: application used to create and manage pricing package or customized pricing model for
customers of Unicredit Corporate Bank. Project scope was the design and development of transaction for selling of customized
pricing package (Pricing Manager), for creation and sell to customers of standard pricing package (Package Manager and
Creator).
• DO0 – Derivati OTC: appliction used to manage OTC Derivates deal of Unicredit Corporate Bank. Project scope was the creation
of a new customer info sheet and a new procedure able to manage the process of MiFid advisor needed for law in order to sell to
customers this kind of products.

UGIS(Unicredit) MUREX Integration November 2006 – June 2008
1. Integration of external data sources to upload market data trough MX MDCS:
• Inflation Swap
• Equity volatility
• Credit rate sheets
For these interfaces I have developed:
• JAVA executable to connect to a SqlServer DB to perform sql query and retrieve data,
• Unix script to upload the files produced on Murex MDCS cache
• Update of the Murex Oracle DB via Mx Processing Script
2. Configuration and development on MXML Exchange of the workflow and confirmation documents (word template) necessary
to communicate to counterparties, via fax, the main events on Murex deals:
Creation of templates word/html for these events:
• Insertion confirmation of rate and forex derivates
• Rate fixing /reset
• Option exercise/Early Termination
To populate templates, xsl formulas have been created to manage data on xml published on MXML Exchange.
Workflow task chains have been created to route to the correct template and to launch the Unix script to send automatically
the generated document to the fax server. The only manual activity leave to the back office users has been the Validation
Queue integrated with an Mx workflow task.
3. Development of the intranet web sites used as
• monitor of the Mx process and input/output interfaces
• repository of all the reports and documents (tickets, confirmations,..)produced for the users
• insertion functionality for an easy-to-use interface for the INFRAGROUP Money Market (time deposit deals)
The web site runs on an Apache Web Server, while the pages are HTML/PERL scripts.
