I started my career in the field of ICT consultancy using both the IBM System Series S/3x and the AS/400 at the EDP center of “INFRATECNA” where,
between 1986 and 1993, I was involved End-to-End in the Designing, Development and Maintenance of custom software applications in CLP/RPG.
Furthermore, i have also been involved with their implementation within the ERP system on the IBM platform (suite IBM/ACG).
In 1994, once at GEPIN-Group, I became in a short time one of the company’s key people and I have developed a substantial knowledge of the Tel.Co.
world. Specifically, this has been done working on various projects for TELECOM Italia on the applications areas B.S.S. and O.S.S.. I have also, during

the creation of the new company, which reached 80 employees after 3 years. At the same time, I was also involved in the recruitment
phase with the branch manager, interviewing and training On-the-Jobs new employees on the COBOL/CICS/DB2 platform.
● Between 2003/2004, I completed with GEPIN the migration of various OSS-ACL sub-systems for TELECOM Italia from COBOL/CICS/DB2
system to the new platform of <<Network Inventory>> (XNG/GRANITE, on UNIX/ORACLE/JAVA). I have done so collaborating with
GRANITE System and DATAMAT companies, especially involved in the production of the customized system of ETL.
● Between 2006/2008, as a Project Manager, I was responsible for the GEPIN’s Software Factory, specialized in running “in house” activities
of Application maintenance entrusted to GEPIN by TELECOM Italia for all the IT projects concerning <<Public Pay Telephones, Traditional
and Innovative>>, <<Directory Assistance and information System for the Customers>> and << Managing Services on Smart Net >>,
operating on several technological platforms in use (COBOL/CICS/DB2, Microsoft.NET and UNIX-Oracle in Java/J2EE). During this phase, if
have also managed a workgroup of approximately 40 people located in Naples and Rome. In the end of 2011, and for the entire three-
year period from 2011 to 2015, I have taken on in the occasion of the VAT-21 adjustments and subsequent regulatory intervention by
starting in this period several initiatives of Technology Refresh of the application software.
● Between 2009/2010, I have managed with GEPIN the Governance Process for the BPR project of new CRM/BUSINESS on SIEBEL8/n as
consultant for TELECOM Italia and System Integrator (ATS/ACCENTURE and NTT-DATA).

Telephones), “DASS-12” (Directory Assistance), and “GSRI” (Services on Smart Net). In the specific, i have managed the relationship with the
end-client’s representatives, whilst also being in charge of the technical control of the project and of the calculations of the different
measures in FFP (Fast Function Points) and of the various initiatives of MEV/MAC. Furthermore, I was also in charge of the overall budget of
the contract, making sure that the specific operating revenue margins were achieved.
