Responsibilities
Vendor Management: Monitoring KPIs of service provider with 96 FTEs located offshore in
accordance with the SOW signed. Responsibilities include keeping track of errors, introducing
measures to reduce them and ensure that the service meets the agreed level.
Oversighting another service provider located onsite with 9 FTEs, monitoring their SLAs, leading
the team through daily BAU tasks, etc.
Governance of both the vendors by periodic sample testing, reviewing monthly decks, etc.
MCA – Internal audit to ensure that the processes are followed as documented, relevant controls
are in place, etc.
Invoice processing – Processing invoices of various vendors, ensuring uninterrupted services.
Project Management & participation – Participated in War on aging project to reduce the number
of aging deals. Leading the component of London team, tracking their deals, collating responses
and interpreting the current status to report to sales and coverage team for action.
MIS Monitoring - Organise regular conference calls, join weekly MIS metrics calls for AO &
AMT where specifically discuss any pending items in buckets of more than 2 days. Minute the
calls and track the agreed actions to completion.
Insourcing – Involved in TCS insourcing project. Member of the task force.
PLSD & ICSA annual review, updates and track till execution.
Coordinating CoB site set-up for onsite vendor and designing the CoB test as well as supervise the
test.
Public folder migration project: Leading and single handedly managing migration of 20+ public
folders. As Citi was discontinuing public folders all of them were to be moved to new product
called shared mail box. I have managed this migration and have completed creation of all
replacement shared mailboxes and moved all public folders with total 100+ GB data.
Achievements
Successfully handled TCS insourcing, war on aging and public folder migration projects.
Resolved anomalies in payments for one of the vendors, due to which services were withdrawn.
Resolved the payment issue by constant follow-up and engaging various teams, within 4 weeks the
services were resumed.
Provided onsite training to the Poland team on various systems. Remotely conducted trainings and
providing ongoing support throughout the transition phase.
Procured 3 scanners for CoB site, successful installation with help of IT team and software
installation, etc. Successfully tested as part of CoB.

Achievements
Successfully handled migration project of Orbiscan/Orbiflow, from VB based software to .NET
version called IntellectScan/IntellectFlow
Suggested many key modifications in the system that have made work more efficient, saved over-
heads, and reduced errors (e.g. bulk replication).
I have suggested and implemented number of modifications/new processes to streamline day to
day work, reducing process time in a manner that highest level of accuracy could be attained (e.g.
Maker/checker handoffs, internal document handling, task assignments, etc.).
Successfully managed relocation project of the team to Vendor location and return to Citi
premises.

Main duty was to look after day to day operation of the organization, maintaining accounts and
invoicing of the routine expenses and income, stock keeping for the laboratory and publications,
procuring raw material (including chemicals, stationary, etc.)
Raising quotations, comparison statements for them and finalizing the orders, etc.
Development of publicity and awareness material, e.g. presentations using scala and director and
sometimes in PowerPoint or html, posters, banners, etc. Being a part of editorial team of Honey
Bee (SRISTI’s newsletter in English) and Lok Sarwani (news letter in regional language),
developing articles, reporting of events, interviewing, etc. were the key tasks. Managing and
dealing with the communication, correspondence, and preparing dissemination material were even
among the key duties.
Achievements
Successfully setup and run a research laboratory from scratch at the cost of more than 10 million

Providing organisation with sound direction and leading it to the profit making production of the
in-house developed herbal products
Developed a medicinal plant database with indigenous and classical uses of herbs
Collaborated project of creating online database of SRISTI’s documented indigenous practices and

We at SRISTI had number of programs running for awareness generation among the children and
women for environment, eg. recipe contests and biodiversity contests. I have been involved in
developing Knowledge Forests (community arboretums).
