A retrospective study of several mRNA transcripts extracted from 70 FFPE
blocks of breast carcinoma using real time RT-PCR.

2014-present Investigator
Translational research study using tissue microarray to study TAZ (WWTR1) and
YAP1 activation in a wide variety of sarcomas. I identified blocks from ten cases
each of alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma, synovial sarcoma, and malignant
peripheral nerve sheath tumor for the microarray, performed the associated
chart review, and assisted with data collection from immunostains performed on
the microarray.

A multi-institutional retrospective study of the immunophenotypic features of
solid papillary carcinomas of the breast relative to the immunophenotype of
metastatic midgut neuroendocrine tumor, an important differential diagnostic
