Consultant, GIZ Project Renewable Energy Supply for Rural Areas (RESRA)
RESRA project, funded by the German Government and Ministry of New and
Renewable Energy under Indo-German Energy Program,
Focuses on supplying renewable energy to 24 villages in Korba, Chhattisgarh to
enhance livelihood promotion.
Led a team of 6 cluster coordinators and supporting staff for project implementation
and acted as one point contact for GIZ. Responsible for formulating and
implementing communication strategy with the GIZ and project Community.
Conducted more than 15 VEC attained the meeting and 10 Seed Procurement team
across 6 clusters. Supported commissioning of new villages and making them
operational from 25% to 85% in one year while coordinating the community,
technology acceptance and business aspects of the project.
Coordinated with the local administration for convergence resulting in investment of
more than 2.5 Lakh Rupees into the project under various government schemes
NRLM, Horticulture Department, Agriculture Department,District Industries
Department, Trivel Development Department,SHG funding of lead Bank for
Productive Application.
Motivated entrepreneurs, both individual and women Self Help Group in pooling own
funds (more than 16 Lakh INR) and establishing of new businesses such as
irrigation pump, rice huller,Mini rice huller, flour mill,market lighting, community
pumps and other productive applications.

meeting, monthly operators training, community workshops, project progress report,
