Company Profile: BLHI is an internationally recognized leader in design-build construction. It has
five operating divisions: Government, International, Commercial, Healthcare, and Civil. These
divisions undertake the construction of office buildings, hotels, condominiums, institutional, health
care facilities, commercial and industrial buildings, water and wastewater treatment plants,

Job Synopsis: Main responsibility is to manage and link each project’s accounting transaction cycles
with project operational demands in order to assure prompt and accurate accounting of payroll,
vendor payments, and a host of reportorial/statutory requirements by the host government. The
transaction cycles include management of cash, payables and payroll up to the preparation of
periodic financial reports for both internal and external audit review. Tasks for these cycles usually
entail coordinating with stakeholders for fund transfers, collections, disbursements, periodic
reconciliations, preparation & settlement of employee entitlements, accounting & compliance with
the host government’s various regulatory requirements. These cycles also entail periodic
provisions to corporate officers of various asset management reports of operating and planning
issues involving accounting systems, related dynamics, and required system upgrades.
