Achieving the rank of corporal, my duties were that of a supervisor. Leading teams on tasks in a variety of locations both domestic and international.
Spanning from the Middle East to the South Atlantic.
My duties include:
• Installation and maintenance of high frequency transmitter systems on masts over 300ft.
• Fault finding and annual servicing of UHF and VHF antennas.
• Creating and enforcing safe working practices with the use of Risk assessments and method statements.
• Planning and installation of fibre optic and cat5 networks.
• Carrying out electrical and mechanical fault finding tests on various networks and systems.
• Coordinating entire tasks, from arranging travel and accommodation to preparation and pre-use checks of all tools and equipment.

A very physically demanding role which required planning and preparation to achieve a cost effective end product. Often working independently I would

Interests and Hobbies:
As a keen sports man, I have represented the RAF at Football and Snowboarding, keeping a high level of fitness is a necessity in
my current job role but I enjoy keeping fit in various ways, from long distance running to weight training. Snowboarding is big part
of my life, I try to go away to different resorts across Europe at least once a year. Travel in general is my main interest and I’ve
been lucky to see some very interesting places with work and on personal vacation, I look forward to seeing as much of the world
as I can.
