Experience Sr. Project Manager, OMIS Contracting / Dubai - U.A.E. April 2015 – to present
 121 Golf Apartments (AKOYA by DAMAC), the project with the total value of DHS 440M is comprised
of 12 spectacular residential towers in six clusters of the trump international Golf course.
 The project has a total built up area of 1,754,539 Sq. ft., each building has a configuration of
G+2P+7A+7B ( One common 2 level podium and ground floor +2 towers )
My responsibilities were included but limited to; managing the Client relations, resourcing the projects,
adhering HSE procedures and standards, assurance authority compliance and liaise with Design Team to
assure smooth track of projects throughout the projects lifecycle during pre-construction and
construction phases till handing-over in addition to the Defect liability period.

 In charge of entire construction site activities for "Mangrove Place Project" the unique high rise
residential building (33 floors located at Al-Reem Island) with total cost of USD150M and also, I have
practiced the role of Commercial Manager for entire provisional sums items of the project.
 Provided managerial support and achieved insightful leadership to improve project delivery and to
meet deadlines, collaborated with sub-contractors in ensuring a smooth flow of operations on site,
resolved issues and delivered workable solutions. Oversaw, reviewed and approved architectural and
related drawings as per BS standards, provided technical guidance and support, and managed
interim payment bills for the company.
