My main responsibilities include being the firstpointof contact for customers,dealing with
any and all transactions as well as anyqueries they may have. I interact with customers
in a face to face role as part of a busy, fast paced environment.
I handle cash and card payments for transactions and mustinputand process all
necessarydata as part of these transactions.Imaintain correcttill and safe cash levels
throughoutthe day and follow banking procedures where necessary.
As part of my managementduties Irun the premises unsupervised for the first 5 hours of
the day and the last4 hours at night. I also have a number ofreports to compile and send

I love reading and writing,I'm also an avid film enthusiast and attend the cinema as often as possible.Ienjoy
reading and learning aboutother cultures too, in particular Japan and the far east. I also run my own small self
publishing companythrough which I have released a graphic novel.I have had articles published on a well
known sports and betting blog too, and have attended and completed the Step 1 acting course from Acting
Coach Scotland.
