 Noor Talia Mohammad Tower with 12 story’s in Dubai. United Arab Emirates.

Qatar Petroleum District, Doha, Qatar (Feb 2012- Oct2015)
 Qatar Petroleum District project features an outer ring of 6 office towers ascending in a clockwise
direction from 20 to 35 storeys in height, and an inner ring of 3 office towers and a hotel tower ascending
in a counter-clockwise direction from 31 to 50 storeys in height.
 This commercial development of 696,000sqm is among the first certified sustainably designed
developments in the Middle East.
 The Project upon its completion will serve as the Head Quarters for Qatar-Petroleum and its subsidiaries.
 Consultant is KEO international and Façade subcontractor is Jangho Curtain Wall co.
Dubai Pearl , UAE (Mar2009 - Jan 2012)
 Dubai Pearl is 4 Towers with 73 storeys each, 300 m (984 ft), tall residential skyscraper along AlSufouh
Road in Dubai. United Arab Emirates.
 It consists of four mixed-use towers connected together at the base and by a sky bridge at the top.
 Consultant is Meinhardt and main contractor is Al Habtoor Leighton group.
Emirates Park Tower Hotel Dubai,UAE (May 2007-Mar 2009)
 The project involves construction of 355 meter high twin towers (South Tower and North Tower) hotel
in which each tower comprises 2 basement levels, a ground floor, 6 podium parking levels and 70
additional floors offering 1.
 614 rooms and apartments cantilevered suspended room balconies, 31 restaurants, rooftop bars, a spa, an
outdoor swimming pool, conference facilities, 900 guest rooms and 300 serviced apartments.
 Consultant is Arch Group International and main contractor is Brookfield Multiplex.

Senior Engineer Feb 2012 – Oct 2015
Qatar Petroleum District, Doha, Qatar
 Senior site Engineer for site production in Civil and Façade Services.
 After successfully completing structural works for Tower-9 &worked as Façade Engineer for UCW system,
External Screens and Terracotta tiles.
Responsibilities being handled during this project
 Ensuring that work is carried out as per the approved Method Statement and approved Shop Drawings.
 Preparing Method Statements.
 Assisting Resident engineer to verify all the variation done with respect to updated drawings and to
contractual tender drawings. Regular meeting with consultants and other concerned subcontractors to
resolve the technical as well as contractual issues.
 Imposing a systematic approach and process for smooth execution of the projects through guidance,
monitoring and controlling. Coordination with Technical Department to sort out any technical and drawing
issues. Coordination with Methods Department for any Temporary works related issues.
 Arranging and conducting Task Launch Meeting for each specific work. Ensuring effective and efficient
production within set timescales.
 Manage and coordinate work of subordinates and Sub-contractors within area of responsibility. Seriously

 Perform site inspection, man-material management on site, completing job as per drawings, ensure project
progress as per set time and budgets maintaining quality.
 Inspect sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and standards.
 Participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to
guide construction.
 Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs
to industrial and managerial personnel according to the site or as-built conditions.
