Missions and Task
To perform on safe manner the commissioning activities on yard and on site, in respect
with standing instruction and Work Permit instructions.
Execute the inspection and Quality Control activities on site, collecting the relevant objective
proofs, ensuring supervision and coordination of quality control activities on instrument
equipment/systems construction and installation activities.
Commissioning Preparation.
 Witnessing of contractor pre-commissioning activities, as defined by the supervisor in a
professional way.
 Ensure that witnessing activities do not delay contractor activities more than necessary.
 Attend FAT / SAT as required by supervisor.
Commissioning execution.
 Perform the commissioning activity with respect of the WP in a professional manner, in
respect with company specification.
 Raise and clear punch list items. Report any non conformity to his supervisor.
 Fill commissioning test and check sheets before supervisor approval
Duties and Responsibilities.
 Carry out instrument Commissioning activity, such loop test, function test and sequent test and
Operation Test Procedure.
 Carry out instrument device troubleshooting, calibrated and work modification.
 Carry out Preventive Maintenance (PM) coverage Re-calibrated, repair and Matrix Test.
 Familiar with Fire and Gas System ( Gas Detector, Smoke Detector, Manual Call Point, ESD
