Ongoing projects:
Baths Spa Station – part of Great Western Route Modernization project for the West of
England Area, Baths Corridor Works for Network Rail.
- Main Project Objectives: New Bath Spa Station Track Alignment, New OLE masts
within station environs, Platform Widening and Platform 1 Lengthening, resurfacing
works to both platforms -Multidisciplinary design as part of Tender Package, Listed
Building Consent.
- Preliminary Design (Tender Stage), Detail Design to include multidisciplinary
coordination, production of detail drawings, information/specification to materials and
finishes (approved by Bath Spa and Somerset City Council and Historic England), fit
out to platforms and bridge extension. (to include gates, screens, stairs, ramps,
lighting columns, PA/CCTV columns, signage etc.)
Knightsbridge Station Step Free Access Project for London Underground
(as part of Sloane Street – Basil Street - Brompton Road – Hooper’s Court commercial
development).
- Concept Design Statement (CDS) for sterilization works to Sloane St. Ticket Hall to
include structural works, MEP works, temporary accommodation to LU premises
affected by works.
- Coordination with LU Operational Department and Developer’s Design Team on
technical issues. Provision of options for link between Ticket Hall and new
Brompton Road entrance to station as part of the development above the station.
- DevelopingFeasibility Study up to CDS Stage for Knightsbridge Station Step Free
Accessfrom Hooper’s Court new entrance up to Platform level. Relocation to
existing services, provision of new lifts within existing shafts, refurbishment to
existing disused passageways and stairs, access to platform via lift, provision of
new technical premises, enabling works, coordination with Cooling the Tube
Program (CTP) by LU, provision of the design to include internal finishes to LUL
premises to comply with London Underground Idiom and Engineering standards.
Design to finishes and fit out to follow heritage principles to existing station and
current standards for long life-span to finishes (quality, durability, robustness,
architectural appearance, maintenance, etc.).

Route 2020_Dubai Red Line Metro Extension Project (for Dubai EXPO 2020).
Construction to start July 2016.
- Preliminary Design (Tender Stage) for the new extension of the existing Red Line
Metro line in Dubai to include approx. 14 km of new line with elevated and
underground stations on the line. This to include also new interchange station and
new Iconic EXPO 2020 metro station at EXPO site.
- Responsibilities: to assist Design Manager Architecture on internal tender process
to award sub consultants for Advertisings, Retail and Security. Preparation of scope
of works and tender process management.
- Take part in weekly Architectural Design Meetings and manage Clients

- Act as Lead Engineer to design Emergency Egress Points and Ancillary Structures
on the line in compliance with NFPA regulations and RTA Guidelines.

adjacent to Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi and Khalifa Port to include new truck layout,
new internal roads and links to external road layout, building facilities, bonded/unbounded
containers area, bulk material silos, parking spaced for cars and trucks, and other relevant
facilities.

Parsons was commissioned by Lusail Real Estate Development Company (LREDC) in
August 2012, to complete a concept and final master plan for the Qetaifan Islands. The
project task is to propose a comprehensive concept master plan. Parsons designed the
master plan for the 270 hectare man-made islands.

show the relationship between the levels of the development within the area
adjacent to the waterfront.
