The hospital was enrolled on Cohsasa Program, on appointment the baseline survey
results the results of Lehurutshe hospital was 48%.
Managed to improve performance of the hospital to 82%

• Witbank hospital from Mpumalanga
• Thusong and Gelukspan District hospitals from North West
• Mafikeng Provincial hospital from North West
