Provides information to the NOC applicants regarding building / construction NOC requirements, NOC
process; obtains general information from customers regarding NOC needs; assists the customers in
producing technical information by using GIS system ; responds to email and telephone enquiries
regarding NOCs, NOC processes, building codes, and other related ordinances.
Receive NOC applications from customers. Studying, analysing & reviewing all engineering drawings
submitted by the customers, in order to verify accuracy and completeness of information, in order to
compliance with design control regulations (DCR). Uses architectural and engineering scales to
determine dimensions and calculate areas and percentages.
Processing NOC to Internal Departments whenever required; coordinating with internal department to
speed up NOC process. Analysing and studying comments from Internal Departments. If required,
discuss unreasonable comments and set consensus decision. Co-ordinates with customer to resolve
contradictory issue, thereby expediting NOC process. Compiling all necessary comments in final NOC
letters and discussing with the Manager for special cases.
Maintains computer files and other manual logs on all building NOCs and related documents. Prepare
appropriate daily reports, monthly and annually reports.
Issue lease drawing to clients for the purpose of building NOCs.
