The Wellcome Trust is a non-profit making organisation raising funds from its investments for
research into human and animal medicine. The multi-site business is also home to the Wellcome
Collection a public facing exhibition building displaying medical artifacts, galleries and the

3. Achievements: extension of account environmental management system to 12 sites, 7 from
scratch. Initiating sustainability projects equating to a reduction of carbon and water and
increasing biodiversity on client sites. This was achieved by extending initiatives from existing
sites to new sites and formulating the sustainability strategy to reflect client requirements and
coordinating different teams to achieve the goals.
Completion of account behavioural safety training for all staff ahead of other accounts

Achievements:Management of two key projects; Landscaping surrounding the nuclear site
meeting EIA requirements and Contaminated Land projects on time and on budget.
Implementation of a company time booking system on site ahead of all other sites. This was
achieved by coordinating a team of time booking staff to implement time data vs. cost centres
onto the system and cross checking within a specified timescale.
