2.  Duties:
senior employee:
is working under control of shift supervisor. He is responsible for issuing work
permits. Responsible for monitoring performance Control room employee and
operators unit At startup and shut down and overhaul. He is responsible for the
decision to change and emergency shut down and fixes the performance of devices.
Control room employee:
is working under control of Senior employee and hi is responsible for all controllers ,
computers,warning alarm and devices in that area.further more,He has to make
some change on process variable (Temperature,pressur and flow rates) to produce
proper products based on results of Laboratories .He has tobe capable of working
with computers ,suppling them with correct information, gathering and gaining data
from these devices.He also should coopesate with other departments.
Employees, clerck and workers such as electrical,instrument and maintenance
sections in specific period of time as overhaul,emergency shut down,start up
,reparation and manufacturing.
Area shift employee:
He is working under direct control of shift senior employee of that area and hi is
responsible for working devices of the unit properly such as Heaters,Pumps
,reactors,big anb small machines and recycle gas comperessor,…
Further more he has to inform his senior colleagues about every changes of such
devices. He should also perpare the unit for repair affairs.
