I’m a skilled machine artificer with more than eleven yearsof experience in the same field. Have talent

SHIFT IN CHARGE OF MECHANICAL DEPARTMENT
Duration: 28 Feb 2014 to till date.
Responsible for carrying out, both TRMK32.3 60TPH vertical cement grinding mill’s area inspections, preventive and
general maintenance repairs to manufacturers guidelines Including Grinding Roller, Induce Draft Fan, Bags House, Bags
filters, Rotary Lock, Rotary Feeders, Screw Conveyor, Belt Conveyor, Belt Buckets Elevator, Chain Buckets Elevator,
Rotary Hammer Crusher, Hydraulic Coupling seals and bearings replacements, Weigh feeder, Belt Magnetic Separator,
Chain Magnetic Separator, Actuator, Damper, Hot Gas Generator, Reducer Gear Box and Pinion. Hold preventive and
general maintenance / daily inspections at Plant site and utilities equipment such as Oil Inject Screw Air Compressors,
Reciprocating Compressors, Roots Blowers, Axial Blowers, Centrifugal Pumps, Gear Pumps, High Pressure Hydraulic
Pumps, Lubrication Units, Greasing Units etc. Daily basis equipment vibration analysis to ensure smooth operations.
Replacing bearings, Alignments of couplings and V belts pulleys, also ensuring all work is completed on time & within
service schedules.
DUTIES:
 Calculating & verifying the estimated parts required for repair.
 Ensuring the Safety of the workplace is maintained based on company policies.
 Repairing and servicing of damaged and out of order equipment and machines into the workshop.
 Ensuring the correct specialist tools are used to carry out repairs.

 Servicing conveyor belts,magnetic separator belts and stripping / joints repairs.
 Making sure the workshop & working area is tidy and safe to work in.
 Investigation faults using special mechanical tools and diagnostic equipment.
 Implement preventive maintenance program.
 Inspect, troubleshoot, and schedule repairs on complex industrial equipment and systems.
 Worked with the maintenance planner on shutdown scheduling, part ordering, and service coordination.
