Responsibilities: 
 Conducting negotiations with vessel agents in all foreign ports 
 Assigning insurance policies for all vessels. 
 Typing all kinds of correspondences out to the suppliers. 
 Assisting Operations Manager in supervising daily operations of vessels. 
 Processing, typing and filing all outgoing and incoming documents. 
 Assisting in interviewing, recruiting, training and performance evaluation 
 Generating operational reports for management as needed.
