H&R Block is a $3.1 billion tax preparation company headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri. It has operations in the US, Canada, Australia, and India. In Canada, H&R Block has over 1,200 offices and prepared 2.6 million tax returns in fiscal year 2015. Previously, H&R Block Canada's net promoter score (NPS) process involved various vendors and tools, but response rates were low at 4% and reports were difficult to use. After partnering with CustomerGauge, response rates rose to over 20% and NPS was rolled out to field leaders and tax professionals, improving adoption of the program.
