One of our top ways to increase customer
engagement is by using text messaging
contests. They are inexpensive to hold and
create a huge amount of engagement.
Why? Because everybody has a cellphone
and are quick to check any and every
notification as soon as it comes in. I’m
guilty of it myself. I’m addicted to my
phone. Are you addicted to yours?
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
We offer our clients the ability to conduct
text message contests where they pick the
prize. Usually a product or service of the
business. This way customers get to try
out the product or service which will more
often than not spark new sales. Plus this
game gets old and new customers excited
about visiting the business in hopes to win
a prize.

you previously visited just because
they had a contest and you wanted to
win a prize?

Another method of customer
engagement that works very well for
our clients are online games. Its
similar to text message contests but
cost a little more to operate. But it is
well worth the cost.

It is online scratchoff ticket games.
The games are the electronic version
of the lottery scratchoff tickets you
see in the gas stations and
quickmarts. Instead of printing
tickets which can be costly, we create
the tickets online so that they can be
accessed by anyone with a tablet or
smartphone.

The electronic online scratchoff
tickets are beneficial to brick and
mortar stores. The customers access
the tickets online and scratchoff the
ticket using their fingers on their
mobile device.

If a winning ticket is revealed the
customer must show it to an
employee of the business to claim the
prize. It promotes customer
engagement between the customer
and business right then and there.

We even have a way for real estate
professionals to improve their customer
engagement with home buyers. We have
created a real estate marketing system that
works great for realtors as well as
investors and homeowners trying to sell
their own homes.
