MATERIAL NEEDED Television/Video 10pm every day (start time).  It lasts 30 minutes Aprende Inglés TV (Richard Vaugham) http://www.vaughantelevision.com/ Notebooks to write down interesting and new structures Monolingual dictionary
ACTIVITIES They watch the episode at home and next day they hand in a summary of the episode. (It can also be watched at school any other time in the morning) They must write the new expressions and vocabulary (10´) Where does the episode take place?, Who is the main character? What does he do? What is the new grammar? We ask for volunteers to comment upon the most important part of the episode and support his/her opinions. It gives them extra punctuation. In groups of four, they must perform their own episode showing what they have learnt and using the new constructions and vocabulary learnt. (There is no learning if there is no practice). (30´) Furthermore, they choose the best performance and give the reasons. The methodology is open, flexible and cooperative.
EVALUATION Participation, daily work at the classroom, writing piece of work, their performance in front of the classroom with the group.
