 Responsible to ensure all the raw materials delivered in plant in good quality
 Responsible for all equipments and tools are calibrated and verified.
 Responsible to report the result of calibration to the person in charge.
 Responsible to ensure all the Process Control Inspector complete per shift make sure
the right person is in right place doing right things.
 Conduct Investigation/Audit to the supplier facilities.
 Responsible to ensure all the crew implement the GMP/SSOP
 Responsible to ensure all the crew aware to the HACCP
 Supervise the performance of Process Control Ispector,Ensure smooth coordination with
other department.
 Checking the turn over logbook of Process Control Inspector.
 Make schedule for Process Control Inspector.
 Monitoring the Process Control Inspector in line during production activity.
 Make sure all the fish already past the histamine analysis before process.
 Conduct training of GMP/SSOP and HACCP to the new worker and new process control
inspector also Re Orientation of GMP/SSOP and HACCP to the old worker and old
process control inspector.
