This document proposes enhancements to Payex's trading platform presented by Asim Tariq. The objectives are to quickly improve the customer experience across groups through existing technologies, standardizing processes while allowing customization. Integration of systems and services would provide competitive advantages. The enhancements include improved workflows for currency trading, database connections, administration tools, and new modules for accounting, customer relationship management, and compliance. Delivery would be through milestone-based releases over 2-4 weeks with investment costs outlined for licensing, setup, customization, support, and transactions.
