1. The document discusses the roles and significance of cupbearers and cups in scripture. Cupbearers were trusted royal servants who tasted drinks for poison and filled the king's cup.
2. Cups represented both blessings, like the cup of blessing for communion, and judgments, like the cup of God's wrath. Important cups included those mentioned in Ezekiel, Zechariah, and Revelation.
3. Joseph's silver cup was used to test his brothers, and cups symbolized the new covenant established by Jesus's blood in the Lord's Supper. Believers must worthily partake in communion by self-examination.
A powerful Bible studies that was revealed in the month of Ramadan in the Upper Room of GCM. The Revelation chapter 4 to 7, revealed "One Throne" which means there is only ONE GOD and His name is Jesus! The 4 creatures and 24 elders worshipped Him. The 7 seals were opened. The 4 horsemen were identified. POWERFUL Revelation Message!

Unfortunately, at times even a church can condone sexual immorality. It happens every day now as churches redefine and explain away God's definition of marriage. In his letter to the church of Thyatira, Jesus tells us how seriously he views us calling sin simply "alternative" or "acceptable" or "tolerant" views. In particular, pornography is destroying nations.

President John Kennedy once observed, “The history of man is the history of war?” Why is this statement true? Jesus prophesied, “You shall hear of wars and rumors of wars” (Mt. 24:6). Why is world peace so elusive and seemingly unattainable?
Why is Messiah called the “Prince of Peace”? (Isa. 9:6) How does Jesus bring “peace on earth”? (Psa. 46:9; Lk. 2:14) What is peace? What are the different kinds of peace? Are you at peace with yourself and others? How did you find peace? Is there anyone with whom you have had difficulty being at peace with? What do you suppose is the cause of your conflict? What can you do to be at peace with this person? (Rom. 12:18)
A continuation of the decoding of symbolic language to tell the story of the church’s persecution by Rome in the first century and her eventual victory.

Homily: The Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity Sunday 2024.docxJames Knipper
Countless volumes have been written trying to explain the mystery of three persons in one true God, leaving us to resort to metaphors such as the three-leaf clover to try to comprehend the Divinity. Many of us grew up with the quintessential pyramidal Trinity structure of God at the top and Son and Spirit in opposite corners. But what if we looked at this ‘mystery’ from a different perspective? What if we shifted our language of God as a being towards the concept of God as love? What if we focused more on the relationship within the Trinity versus the persons of the Trinity? What if stopped looking at God as a noun…and instead considered God as a verb? Check it out…

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

immediately their fields, vineyards, olive groves and houses,
and also the usury you are charging them…"We will give it
back," they said. "And we will not demand anything more
from them. We will do as you say."….Moreover, from the
twentieth year of King Artaxerxes, when I was appointed to
be their governor in the land of Judah, until his thirty-
second year — twelve years — neither I nor my brothers ate
the food allotted to the governor. But the earlier governors
— those preceding me — placed a heavy burden on the
people and took forty shekels of silver from them in
addition to food and wine..…Furthermore, a hundred and
fifty Jews and officials ate at my table, as well as those
who came to us from the surrounding nations.
(Nehemiah 5:8-17; NIV)

them.” (Genesis 40:2-4; NIV)

butlership again; and he gave the cup into
Pharaoh's hand:” (Genesis 40:21)

(Aholah) ; therefore will I give her (Aholah’s) cup into
thine hand. Thus saith the Lord GOD; Thou shalt drink
of thy sister’s cup deep and large: thou shalt be laughed
to scorn and had in derision; it containeth much. Thou
shalt be filled with drunkenness and sorrow, with the
cup of astonishment and desolation, with the cup of thy
sister Samaria. Thou shalt even drink it and suck it
out…..for I have spoken it, saith the Lord
GOD. Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because
thou hast forgotten me, and cast me behind thy back,
therefore bear thou also thy lewdness and thy
whoredoms.” (Ezekiel 23:32-35)
20. Cup of drunkenness
“For thus saith the LORD God of Israel unto me; Take
the wine cup of this fury at my hand, and cause all the
nations, to whom I send thee, to drink it. And they shall
drink, and be moved, and be mad, because of the sword
that I will send among them. Then took I the cup at the
LORD'S hand, and made all the nations to drink, unto
whom the LORD had sent me:…….Therefore thou shalt
say unto them, Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God
of Israel; Drink ye, and be drunken, and spue, and fall,
and rise no more, because of the sword which I will send
among you. ” (Jeremiah 25:15-17,27)

first that which is within the cup and
platter, that the outside of them may be
clean also.” (Matthew 23:25-26)
24. Cups in Revelation
Cup of indignation (Rev 14:10)
“The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath
of God, which is poured out without mixture
into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be
tormented with fire and brimstone in the
presence of the holy angels, and in the
presence of the Lamb”
• Warning against following the papal system
• “without mixture” – no drugs to dull pain
25. Cups in Revelation

parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and

remission of sins. But I say unto you, I
will not drink henceforth of this fruit of
the vine, until that day when I drink it
new with you in my Father's kingdom.”
(Matthew 26:27-29)
32. Cup of blessing

33. Cup of blessing
“After the same manner also he took the
cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup
is the new testament in my blood: this do
ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance
of me. For as often as ye eat this bread,
and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's
death till he come.” (1 Corinthians 11:25-
26)
34. Cup of blessing
“Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and
drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be
guilty of the body and blood of the Lord. But
let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of
that bread, and drink of that cup. For he that
eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and
drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning
the Lord's body.” (1 Corinthians 11:27-29)
