A 7 day pilot program saw positive results in establishing consistent eating habits among most participants. 11 out of 11 users consistently ate lunch and dinner, while 9 out of 11 also ate breakfast regularly. Group sharing via updates, encouragements, and leadership stimulated participation, with 188 total posts during the pilot. After the 7 days, users continued sharing without prompts, indicating the program helped create healthy habits and awareness around food intake.
