2. The album cover is very simplistic. It uses a close
up of Ellie Goulding’s face. Her hair is also very
dishevelled showing that she may be in turmoil.
However the position of her head makes you feel
that she is in a state of happiness.
The image uses Blue and Purple filters to give he
pictures a cold, and techno feel. This helps to
make the new album progressive and insure fans
that it will not be a repeat of the last album.
4. Website.
The website uses the same blue and purple
filter used in the album. This helps to
produce the progressive feel give by the
website. This synergy is very important
because it helps to portray the message in
more than one place.
5. Music Video.
One of the music videos for the
album is also very heavily focused
on the purple lighting affect. This
was a very successful marketing
campaign and is all centred
around synergy. We feel this is an
integral part of a marketing
campaign and we will be taking
this knowledge forward into our
prodution. The main elements we
