Conceptualising and executing
Creating the internal comic series "MicroTalk"
featuring characters Mark, Lipi, and Zoya was my
initiative to revolutionize internal communication
and boost recall value. The goal was to create an
engaging format to help employees retain
essential information effectively. This involved
developing relatable characters with distinctive
voices, forming a diverse test audience for
feedback, and iterating based on their input. Key
milestones included conceptualizing the idea,
creating an engaging storyline, defining character
voices, and successfully launching the series
organization-wide. "MicroTalk" has since become
a seamless and enjoyable channel for
disseminating crucial information, enhancing
overall communication effectiveness.

designed to foster a sense of community among
Microland employees, especially during the
COVID-19 pandemic's remote work transition.
The platform features a weekly series of
empowering stories to enhance belonging and
employee empowerment. Key goals include
community building, addressing remote work
challenges, and cultivating a positive workplace
culture. Notable milestones include the successful
launch on the MicrolandOne app, consistent
weekly features, increased participation, diverse
storytelling, positive feedback, and sustained

Building the content for Abbhi Trust's website was a gratifying journey of creating something impactful from the
ground up. As a non-profit organization in its nascent stage, the challenge lay in crafting a compelling narrative with
limited information.
The development of Abbhi Trust's website aimed to craft meaningful content that effectively communicated the
organization's purpose and impact, and to design a user-friendly layout that integrated content and visuals for an
engaging experience. The project emphasized an empowering narrative, timely completion within five months, and
emotional resonance to foster trust and support. Key milestones included detailed project planning, thorough
content creation, design collaboration, responsive development, SEO integration, adherence to the project timeline,
and successful website launch. Each step ensured the creation of a digital platform that effectively communicates
