- Mission: something you want to add to the world / part of the team you are yourself a part of.: focus on something outside yourself.-> we focus on projects that benefit the world, make it a little bit better.-> we focus on working together with a smile.-> like-minded co-workers & clients: not for yourself, but for something better., we hate soloists / going for prizes -> communication is key, and a big part, so we are in the right business.
- No managers!Responsibility for your own future, needs skills, needs learning. Some have it already, others can have some help. (What could be accomplished when everyone is an entrepreneur! And wants to make the world a little bit better. Is it possible?Last week I read the Valve handbook (Steam, Portal, Counter-strike – which we played A LOT at the office) (now we play Battlefield and go to the gym, we are getting older). By the way, it’s free!Valve handbook has a great starting quote. (600+ people, so it’s scaleable) It’s a good read!Just be a leader. (be the first on to go).remember asking the company founder: tell me what I should focus on, or do wrong. He never did. Very frustrating. But now I am here, on my own decision, the first one to go. Hope it works out

Details? Done=done?), entrepreneurial (pro-active? Follow your vision?), creative (concepts?), social (current affairs, heart for the community), communicative (do people understand you?), leading (do people follow you? Authority? - The trick is, what should you work on? What do you learn the most from?How do you become more creative, or entrepreuneurial or authorative?
- More Creative? Take art class?For me: to be able to handle conflicts, was a great gap.But I needed to know what drives me (entrepeneurial). Confront my fears, people don’t like me?I made me more creative, because I was able to explain my points of view, Better communicationGive strategy to clients.people listened to me more.Indicate limits? Choose to change lifestyle.

- Highly coordinated!3 rooms.I know who to get for each brainstorm, because of what he/she wants to learn.Everyone can be a dreamer.Everyone can be a realist.Everyone can be a critic.But split it, otherwise you get endless discussions.It’s always about the project, never about the person.Why stickys? Everyone can share input,Thougths are put down to paper: if you write it down, it becomes real.
- Create with a team, together with the client. Learn from eachother. No managersLike the circle of life.Don’t be afraid to throw something away. It’s a chance to think fresh. Do something new.
