2.Crane Third Party Certificate, Validity One Year

5.Safety Certificate And Fire Extinguishers Of The Crane.
6.Crane Outriggers And Mates.
7.Crane Computer Function. Load Monitoring Indicator (LMI)
8.Inspection Lifting Appliance Like (Wire Rope Sling, Webbing Sling, D Shackle, Chain Block) Damage
And Expired Lifting Tools And Tackles Shall Not Be Used.
9.Safety Latch Of A Main And Auxiliary Hook.
10.A Hydraulic Leak Of Oil.
11.The Cabin Of Crane Shall Be Free From Blind Spot.
12.Load Chart.
13.Competence, stable and leveled ground.

Lifting & Crane Safety Precautions:
1.Soil or ground condition shall be checked and should be leveled.
2.Outrigger shall be fully extended and at least 3 meter away from manholes
and trenches.
3.Do not overload, always lift up to SWL (safe working load).
4.Do not operate crane when wind speed over 32km/ph.
5.Barricade the swinging radius of crane and don’t allow unauthorized
persons except for trained and certified rigger.
6.The only rigger can give signal to the crane operators.
7.Tag lines shall be used to control the swinging of load.
8.No one allowed under the suspended load.
9.Crane should have Load Monitoring Indicator LMI load
10.Lift Calculation shall be completed by rigger
11.Rigger daily checklist
12.Crane daily checklist completed by the operator
13.All lifting gears shall be inspected and have valid third party where
required.

to avoid swinging the load.

2.Do not leave slings dangling from the load hook. ...
