The document describes LinkedOmics, a web-based platform for multi-omics data analysis, integration, and comparison. It contains multi-omics data from 32 cancer cohorts downloaded from TCGA, including data on methylation, copy number variation, mutation, mRNA expression, miRNA expression, RPPA, proteomics, and clinical data. The platform contains three main analysis modules: LinkFinder for within and cross-omics associations, LinkCompare for multi-omics and pan-cancer analysis, and LinkInterpreter for pathway and network analysis. Examples demonstrated include analyzing the association between clinical phenotypes and other omics data, performing enrichment analysis on results, and comparing concordance across omics platforms.
