How will it work?

Each team will l email                                                                      for 10 mins at a
 their forms to team                                                                    time, every department
  leader who sends                                                                        WILL have their yr11
  them for analysis                                                                          lessons LW’d.



                 Each teacher will receive
                  an OFSTED grade for 1)                                  Only one team
                 Learning and progress 2)                                  will visit any
                    Student behaviour                                       one yr11
                  3)Quality of teaching 4)                                    lesson
                  Assessment to support       E ach member of the LW
                         learning.           team are responsible for a
                                                strand of observation
                                               (Strand A, Strand B and

Feedback
• Your team leader (member of SLT) will provide the
  final grade for each strand for each member of staff
  seen in your LW (following a professional discussion
  in your team)
• The grades awarded will be completely confidential.
• HOD will feedback to teachers using analysis of tick
  sheets and WILL NOT be given teachers OFSTED
  grading unless specifically asked for by the teacher.
• SLT will analyse the OFSTED grades awarded
  but teachers names will be removed.
• It is not a witch hunt! We want to know what
  we can improve on in time for OFSTED and be
  able to celebrate the huge amount of good
  practice at Essa.
• Teach your lessons as normal, you will be
  great!
