3. How will it work?

7. Feedback
• Your team leader (member of SLT) will provide the
final grade for each strand for each member of staff
seen in your LW (following a professional discussion
in your team)
• The grades awarded will be completely confidential.
• HOD will feedback to teachers using analysis of tick
sheets and WILL NOT be given teachers OFSTED
grading unless specifically asked for by the teacher.
8. • SLT will analyse the OFSTED grades awarded
but teachers names will be removed.
• It is not a witch hunt! We want to know what
we can improve on in time for OFSTED and be
able to celebrate the huge amount of good
practice at Essa.
• Teach your lessons as normal, you will be
great!
