Dear Sirs,
My qualifications for the full-time position in your company are based on cross-cultural
experience, outstanding language performance and excellent academic background in
all business-related courses, work experience and personal skills.When I was in my
ninth year of studies, I passed the requirements of FSA/FLEX Alumni organization and
went to the United States for one academic year. While I was at Pioneer High School in
the States as a senior, I had sharpened my English language skills and learned to be
independent. By changing families in the United States from one state to another, I have
understood that people are different and one must have unique alternative ways of
communicating. I graduated from high school in the United States in 1998 and received
my diploma. After I came back to Baku, Azerbaijan I was accepted to one of the best
universities in Baku, Western University. There I studied juridical regulation of
economy.While I was studying in Western University I worked for “BakuSewerage” joint
industry as a business-economist. Fluent knowledge of Azeri, Russian, Turkish and
English allowed me to fulfill more work than what was expected of me. In a year I was
offered a job in the Joint Stock Commercial Bank “Universal”. While working in the bank
as an assistant to the bank director, I participated in many international conferences in
Asia, demonstrating a deep knowledge and gaining respect among my colleagues.In
2001 I was admitted to Schiller International University in Heidelberg, Germany in the
college of International Economics. By meeting many people from different countries
with different opinions I have changed my life perspective. Being in Germany gave me
an opportunity to improve my German by taking German language courses and an
opportunity to be more involved in business. I graduated from Schiller International
University in May 13th, 2002.
2002-2005 I did my Master’s degree in Finance and Credit at Baku State University of
Economics. In March 2004 I started work at Boss Shelf as a technical interpreter. My
responsibilities were translating, preparation of manhour allocation and etc. In 2005 I
came back to my first job at the bank as an accountant/cashier. This bank has changed
its name from Universal Bank to Kovsar Bank. My prelast job was Atashgah Joint Stock
Company as a contracts manager. I was presenting our Company to other oil related
companies like British Petroleum, Schlumberger, Shell.

2. Recently people have started to pay more attention to quality. Quality is not something
new. And by the chance I was offered a position of quality assurance in Baker Hughes
Drilling Fluids. I passed ISO 9001:2000 Lead Auditor course offered by Moody Int. I
developed Baker Hughes Quality Management System from scratch, Moody Int.
certified the system. To become a full time Baker employee I accepted a vacancy of
Warehouseperson II. In this position I looked after warehouse, learned SAP, searched
for the equipment in all locations.
Later by widening my knowledge in this sphere i became QHSE. I looked after Health
and Safety and damage to the environment cases.
I received and completed several important HS certificates as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA,
COSHH. ISO 18001 is the basics of all above mentioned. All the certificates are
attached to the email.
Moreover to improve my knowledge and to underline my HS level i decided to enter the
HS faculty in the university under Emergency Situations in Belarus.
