Lead by example, by being actively involved in all project HSS

Lead the assurance and compliance team;
Prepare a development programme for HSS team members;
Mentor HSS team members in inspecting and auditing techniques;

Support the HSS Leads to ensure resources are available to audit and
inspect Contractor day-to-day HSS compliance.

of both SAJV and Sub-Contractor.

Establish an electronic compliance matrix (database) enabling Project
to manage the relationship between applicable legal and other
requirements, compliance tasks, accountable SAJV employee positions
and operational controls
Develop and implement project specific HSS Assurance, Compliance
and Verification Plan
Assist in the development and implementation of HSS Execution
Plans, procedures and other SAJV deliverables.
Act as team member on incident investigations.
