Costume planning
- 1. On the left we have the more casual side of the outfit. The reason for this is because I want the audience to Identify with the female character. I wanted the total contrast between the theme of the song and the characters beginning look. On the right we have the costume for the second part of the look which goes along with the make up. I want this to be a total contrast with the first look. This means it goes along with the storyline/theme of the song.
- 2. This make up really shows the contrast in characters. I wanted to make the idea of ghosts more real and kind of mimic the emotional damage that the song talks about. I didn’t want to be subtle about it because I think it is more hard hitting when others can see physical damage.
