The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime issued the third edition of the United Nations Anti-Corruption Toolkit in 2004 with support from the governments of the Netherlands and Norway. The Toolkit provides guidance on implementing the UN Convention Against Corruption through tools and case studies related to assessing and addressing corruption. It covers topics such as strengthening institutions, preventing corruption, empowering the public, and enforcing anti-corruption measures. The over 300 page document aims to equip practitioners with strategies and best practices for fighting corruption.
