In Characterization: Identify the hindering/
facilitating factors per indicator presented in the
dashboard using the Curriculum Support System.

• ____ out of ____Elementary Schools or 92.31% have NO PARDOs as of the First Quarter,
January to March 2023.
Facilitating Factors:
1. Teachers established strong collaboration and continuous partnership of
parents, teachers and School Head as support system on the academic
performance of the learners
2. Regular communication with parents through face to face conferences, group
chat, text messages, call and letters sent to them.
3. Teachers monitored students attendance and the learners progress by tracking
those who have not submitted their written outputs, learning activity sheets,
performance task and answering of assessments given.
4. Teachers monitored those students with previous relation history

• ISSUES identified by advisers of these PARDOs:
1. Parents do not get the modules and learning activity sheets/ Assessment
2. Parents don’t have time for their children because they are busy working for a
living.
3. Parents don’t have the capacity to facilitate their children's learning
Interventions:
1. The advisers sent call up letters to the concerned parents
2. Advisers conducted Home visitation to these PARDOs
3. Modules not taken were sent through their neighbors ; some were delivered
personally by teachers

2. 30 failed to get/return modules, did not submit outputs and answer the
assessment and failed to do performance task
3. 4 students live in far flung sitios according to the advisers.
4. Lack of commitment of parents to the agreement during home visitation
Interventions:
1. Regular monitoring of these identified SARDOs through different communication
platform
2. Conduct of Home Visitation observing proper health protocols

3. Advisers were provided Technical Assistance by the School Heads.
4. Strengthened communication among Class advisers and subject Teachers, parents and
learners to minimize the number, if not to eliminate SARDOs.
