This document provides details for transforming Coral restaurant into an Asian theme night, including: greeting guests authentically in Asian languages, serving traditional Asian drinks, decorating with Asian lighting and idols, setting tables with chopsticks and Asian sauces, playing mixed Asian music, featuring live cooking stations and a noodle bar, and ensuring the overall atmosphere transports guests to Asia. The goal is to create an immersive Asian dining experience through changes to food, décor, music, and cultural touches at the entrance and tables.

3. Welcome
• Hostess Uniform needs to be changed in Asian style
• Welcoming in a authentic Asian way by greeting words like
Namaste-Welcome in Indian ,Sawasdee Krab/Ka-hello in Thai(krab-
men,ka-women), As-salamu -alaykum-Arabic, Konbanwa-good Evening
in Japanese,Wei-Hello in Chinese.

4. Welcome Drinks
• Green Tea
A traditional Asian Tea
• Butter Milk(Laban)
A good appetizer, very famous drink across in India butter milk serves in India –
diluted Laban with ginger, green chilly, salt.it can be serve without any seasonings.
• Fresh Coconut water
A Very good appetizer as well content high potassium and minerals.
• Nam Ta Kari(lemongrass drink)- Thailand’s famous herbal drink. It has several
medicinal properties. To make a drink, simply cut fresh stems into 2-3 inches and
slightly smash with a heavy object as its essential oil can evaporate. Boil with
drinking water and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve hot as tea or cold with crush ice.
Brown sugar can be added as flavoring if desired.

5. Restaurant Decoration
Restaurant Decoration is very important to make the ambience, coral cannot change
as a Asian restaurant but by adding bit more extra fittings like lightings, décor.We can
make a feeling of Asian restaurant. The décor items are widely available in local
market, we should start from the entrance…

6. Table Set up
• When a guest is sitting in the table he/she should feel like they are in a Asian
restaurant once the guest is seated we offer the choice of welcome drinks then
they can proceed to the buffet… but in the table set up needs to be
changed, chopsticks need to be placed in each cover, napkin folding needs to
changed with colored napkins, some Asian sauces on the table like Thai
chilli,soya,chilly vinegar,chillysauce,indain pickle etc…

7. Music
• A common Asian style music to be played,
a mixture of all Asian music instruments
covering all Asian countries some of the music
files will be submitted along with this
presentation.

8. Buffet Decoration
• Buffet Decoration is good what Our chef is doing now but some of extra décor to be
suggested like Display of Indian spices , marinated Vegetables, cottage cheese and
meats to be displayed in live station and as per guest choice we will cook it for
them in tandoor live cooking of Asian foods and display of noodle bar to be
suggested,

• As mentioned above tandoori live station and live
Asian food cooking suggested…….

11. SUMMERY
• By applying above mentioned changes in coral we can give a feeling that
guest are in a Asian restaurant very important is the food, more verity in
the cold buffet as well the hot buffet live stations will play a very important
role.
• Table set needs to be in Asian style each cover with a chopstick Asian
sauces to be place on each table place mat can be change to a wooden one,
napkin folding is in Chinese fan.
• Music is the Asian mix covering all countries in Asian continents.
• Restaurant decoration is also important lighting to be red in colour some
of the Asian idols needs to place in the restaurant.
• Entrance of the restaurant is very important when people arriving the
hostess desk they should feel like something related to Asian is going on ,by
the appearance of hostess ,the way of welcoming, even we can display the
spices on the entrance, lights, some clothings,idols etc..
• When all above mentioned things are come to action coral will be a Asian
restaurant.
