French fashion house and luxury retail company.
Founded in 1854 by Louis Vuitton.
Products, range from luxury trunks and leather goods, handbags, shoes, watches,
jewellery, accessories, sunglasses and books.
Sells its products through standalone boutiques, lease departments in high-end
department stores, and through the e-commerce section of its website.
About Louis Vuitton
Problem Recognition- From a survey, most of the recognition stages are from
the needs of a luxury handbag to carry. These people believe that carrying a
branded product will enhance their status and wealth as well as fashionable.
Information search- First time buyer will engage a little bit of time to recall their
awareness about brands and each brand will carry a series of models which are
suitable for different occasion.
Evaluating and selecting alternatives- they will have some choices in mind for a
luxury handbag such as LV, Channel or Gucci.
Consumer Buying Behaviour
Product purchase- For branding and luxury handbags like LV, they are located in
prestige shopping malls.
Post purchase process- It is common for customers to experience concern after making
a purchase decision. Will customer buy or switch brand.
