Landscape Construction
Drawimng
The project is to do a construction drawing design for an existing landscape
concept design. The challenge of the project is the design is for a chemical
factory, there is a lot of traffic every day, and the area is the entrance of the
factory, therefore the material on the road and pavers is very important, the
material should be endurable. The client also wants a large number of plants to
fresh the air and creates a beautiful environment of the entrance. So the key work
of the construction drawing, design is to choose the suitable material for road
and design the sustainable plants.

CLIENT: Jiujiang Material Limited Compant, Jiujiang, Jiangxi,China
LOCATION: Jiujiang, Jiangxi, China
Total area of the site is 6.2 hectare
Floor area is 0.81 hectare
Green area is about 5.39 hectare.
These photos shows the current conditions, from
the photos we can see the site is in an industrial area
with low density of population, it's almost a flat with
easy paving, so it is easy to do the construction.

We designed the front square of Control Center. The
square combines with green space and paving, and
most of the pavers are dark gray because this is for
a work area. We use different pavers to distinguish
different area. Like the granite pavers are in the center
square and paving stones for pedestrians.
