Connected Coaches
Connected Coaching is an online platform that facilitates the
relationship between coaches (personal trainers) and clients.
Based on the double side platform model, we make training and physical
activities more accessible and affordable, creating better opportunities for
Londoners to be more active, and more business for trainers.
How does it work?
Search your local area for a personal training session or group activity. Sessions take
place in public parks, gyms and sports centres, or, if you prefer, our authorised coaches
can come to your house, place of work or care home. From yoga to kung-fu, football to
kayaking we have a specialised trainer for everyone.
When you sign up, you get access to your personal activity diary which is designed to
help you keep track of your nutrition, activity goals and achievements. If you have a
smart phone or wearable device, you can connect these to your activity diary so all your
healthy living information is in one place.
Reservations and payment are handled securely through the platform and we have a
peer-to-peer review system to ensure the quality and continued performance of our
trainers.
Are you a personal trainer?
The Connected Coaching platform connects you to Londoners who want to get active.
Being your own boss means you can work the hours you want to, set your own prices
and be rewarded for the quality of the services you offer. You have the freedom to edit
your profile and services whenever you want and the platform handles your admin and
scheduling. Connected Coaching will also provide you with a starter pack.

Founder & CEO
I am a passionate entrepreneur, leader and strategist. My mission is
to bring measurable value to people through creative use of digital
technology.
To achieve this we are enabling functionally integrated, personal IoT
services that use innovative technology solutions to enhance life
experience. Nuwe believes that when digital solutions serve personal
matters, such as health and wellness, or growth and performance,
those services require a high degree of personalisation, or as it's
more commonly termed, 'customisation'
I am expert in business strategy, product strategy, brand strategy,
technology strategy, and product vision, realisation and
management. This combines with my unique ability to manage
multi-disciplinary projects and to navigate complex challenges – and
I never give up until the business objectives have been fully met.
Steve Schofield
Co-founder & CTO
I am passionate about startups, technology and new ideas that
disrupt existing industries and ways of thinking, with a particular
focus on improving the way we interact with and manage
information, healthcare and fitness.
I have worked with small startup teams to large corporations across
areas of Retail, Marketing and Digital Media.
At Nuwe I am the all round tech guy, responsible for building the API,
business logic and fun, engaging client applications across web and
mobile platforms. I also run the growing team of Ruby on Rails,
Javascript and iOS/ObjC developers.
