New & diverse perspectives breed creativity. That’s why the need of the hour is to have a diverse workforce to trigger INNOVATION at the workplace. And in VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) times such as these, we need to constantly remind ourselves to recognise those organisations that value diversity and celebrate those braveheart individuals that bring in the much needed diverse-thinking & innovation to the workplace.

ARE BIG DATA AND SOCIAL MEDIA BRINGING DISRUPTION TO HUMAN RESOURCES PRACTICES?Mirko Petrelli
Big Data and Social Media effects are already well-known for Branding and Marketing activities, but little is known of how these two trends will affect Human Resources practices.
I had the pleasure to cooperate with a successful executive at IBM and a leading expert from ESSEC Business School and ask them a few questions that I hope will help give HR Executives useful insights and be ready for this revolution that his happening now.
Earlier in the year, we talked about the importance of creating customer communities, but once you've done this and you're community is scaling, how do you manage? Should you outsource your community the same way people outsource their call centers? Your community manager and their team make up the face and voice of your brand. They possess a combination of marketing, PR, and customer support, with social skills to support these roles. They're usually the first to notice negative comments about your company and its products and services. They can usually alleviate issues before they spread and know which subject matter experts can help. They're also the ones announcing new features and accomplishments, and engaging customers and prospects with relevant, quality content with a human touch.
In this webinar, we'd like to talk about the pros and cons of outsourcing the management of customer community, as opposed to keeping this task in-house. Please join our panel of experts to discuss:
-The levels of community management service.
-The most common mistakes employers make when hiring for outsourcing
-Things to consider before outsourcing any aspect of community management.
-Which roles can be outsourced and the benefits of this.
-How to find a trusted partner for your community.
Collectively, Jyve’s executive team of seasoned pros has more than a lifetime of combined experience across retail, technology, and consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands. They’ve built companies, launched products, and led departments at brands that you’ve heard of — check ‘em out!
It’s true: your best brand advocates are coming from inside the company. Are you leveraging the reach and authentic enthusiasm of your employees? Identifying and mobilizing your employees are the first steps to putting in place a solid advocacy program. But a crucial last step that isn’t often talked about is measuring results and tweaking your program. In this webinar, we’ll talk to experts from brands that have measured the effectiveness of their advocacy programs to identify what’s working and what could work better. Whatever stage of implementing your program you’re in, it’s important to understand how to tell if your efforts are making a difference for your brand’s reputation in the market.
In this webinar, our panelists will talk about:
-How to set up your employee advocacy program with clear goals and KPIs while also remaining agile;
-What parts of your program you should be measuring;
-How to turn data from your program into results that tell a story;
-Which tools will help you consistently measure your results in a clear, helpful way.
