Building a Relationship Between you and The Guild Restaurant
Q: What is the Concierge incentive Program, and How Does It Work?

A: The Guild Restaurant is dedicated pursuing happy guests by providing superb service. We
understand the importance factor and the relationship between you and your guests. Because of this a
new formula was birthed. Each and every single person you send our way, we promise to meet, treat,
and respect; it is our job to be an extension of your services and your personal nature.

By helping us, it is our duty to help you by spotlighting the work you do. When you send a guest our
way, we offer an Amuse (One Bite Taster) upon seating, and a complimentary Champaign split. All gifts
and eats given will be presented with a small custom designed card with a “Compliments on
____________ from _____________”. In the given blanks will be your name, and the name of your
Hotel.

If that didn’t seem enough, there is more! All guests will be prioritized and seated immediately so there
will be no wait time for service and tables, giving them a “Very Important Person” experience all offered
on behalf of their concierge.

Q: Do Hotel Employees Receive Discounts at The Guild Restaurant?

A: Why of course! As a member of the hotel/hospitality industry, you are entitled to a 15% discount off
of your food bill. All we would need is proof that you work at the hotel (i.e. hotel ID, Pay check stub,
Business Card, etc.).
