 Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS):
 Complex of eye and vision problem related to near
work which is experienced during or related to
prolonged computer or any digital screen use.

 Studies shown that the prevalence of Computer
Vision Syndrome among computer users is 50-
90%. The likelihood of get computer vision
syndrome increased when the hours of computer
use per day increased, in addition to wrong way of
using computer, such as: poor illumination, wrong
sitting on computer.

 Treatment of computer vision syndrome depends
on the severity of the case and the complaint:
 Correct your body posture may be the solution for your
complain.
 If you complain from dryness, prescribing and
artificial tears by your doctor will solve the problem.
 If you complain from blurry vision, prescribing a plus
lenses for near work with anti-reflex will make you
more comfort.
