- CAVEAT: This analysis is for the 6-day scenario’s weekday network. If in fact SKT implemented the 5-day scenario, and waited to add weekend service, then the drop in access to any service would be slightly lower (since the J Liberty would provide more coverage circulation), and the increase in access to frequent service would be higher (since the routes on Market St and Edgewater would be at higher frequencies).
